April 10, 2007 Thunderbolt Broadcasting’s Paul Tinkle attended the UT Martin Career Fair hosted by the UT Martin Communications Department. During this time, a number of UT Martin senior and undergraduate students were given information about potential jobs in broadcasting and told of job opportunities with Thunderbolt Broadcastings. These included sales, news, on air and other areas of radio. Approximately 50 students attended. Also during the Communications Day, Thunderbolt Broadcasting presented a scholarship. August 23rd, 2007 UT Martin Welcome Back Students Festival President Paul Tinkle and other staff members met with new UT Martin Freshmen and discussed job opportunities in radio working with Thunderbolt Broadcasting. May 20, 2007 New University of Tennessee at Martin Chancellor Dr. Tom Rakes was given a tour of the studios and discussed job opportunities for graduating seniors and other classmen. August 14th, 2007 Whit Adamson, President of TAB was given a tour and a provided a half hour program to discuss job opportunities and the future of HD TV and radio. August 13, 2007 Thunderbolt Broadcasting’s Paul Tinkle attended a seminar hosted by Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Among the speakers
was Dr. Jennifer Bailey Woodard, Department of Electronic Media
Communication, MTSU. The seminar was titled “Diversity: Issues and
Challenges, Planning for Equity and Diversity. “ September 27th , 2007 Thunderbolt Broadcasting attended a Weakley County Schools Career Day Fair at the University of Tennessee at Martin. Thunderbolt Broadcasting staffed a booth and shared information with approximately 500 students who came by and asked about careers in radio broadcasting in grades 7th, 9th and 11th . The event lasted from 8am until 2pm. Staff members discussed different types of jobs available in the broadcasting, responsibilities, and helped students fill out a questionnaire concerning future opportunities. March 4th 2008 Thunderbolt Broadcasting president Paul Tinkle represented the company at the UT Martin career fair at the University of Tennessee at Martin. Mr. Tinkle spoke with (fourteen) students and non students who expressed an interest in broadcasting. Each presented their names and addresses. The career fair lasted from 10am til 2pm on the UT Maritn campus and was sponsored by the UT Martin, Job Placement office, Candy Goad Coordinator. Thunderbolt Broadcasting Scholarship: Each year, Thunderbolt Broadcasting awards a scholarship to a Communications major at UT Martin. International Broadcaters Idea Bank SESAC Scholarship Thunderbolt Broadcasting participates in announcing that a scholarship in the amount of $7,500 is available by picking up an applications at our studios. Thunderbolt Broadcasting job shadow program The following students job shadowed at the Thunderbolt studios. May 4, 2007 Cory Sanderford, Meagan Spellings and Ryan Watts job shadowed watching the announcers and talking with staff about broadcasting careers. September 14th 2007, UT Martin students Alicia Robbins, Veronica Billingsby and Tatiana Moore performed an externship with Thunderbolt Broadcasting. September 17th 2007, UT Martin students, William Morris and Melissa Gance shadowed for an externship with Thunderbolt Broadcasting January 30th, 2008 UT Martin students Tremisha McFall of Illinois and Erica Miller of Camden job shadowed for an externship credit. February 1st, 2008 UT Martin student Rachel Jackson for an externship credit. Febraury 12th 2008 UT Martin student Jenny Lynn Crosnoe shadowed for an externship credit. February 14th 2008 U T Martin student Jamilah Holloway shadowed for an externship credit. UT Martin Communications Professor Dr. Richard Robinson was given a guided tour of the studios and explained the job opportunities with Thunderbolt Broadcasting for prospective graduates.

DUKE DRUMM SCHOLARSHIP January 31st, 2007 Thunderoblt Broadcasting Scholarship is presented to UT Martin seniors majoring in Communication, sponsored by Thunderbolt Broadcasting. Scholarship is presented at UTM Career Day sponsored by UT Martin. Approximately 125 students attend.

February 6th 2007 12 Tiger Cub Scouts and parents toured the radio station learning about opporunties in broadcasting.
February 6, 2007 Job Shadower 2.5 hours Student arrived at the radio station and shadowed on air announcers and production department.
August 15, 2006 UT Martin student shadower 2 hours Student arrived from Communication’s department and arrived at 7am and observed til 10am
Job Shadowing: January 2007 Two UT Martin Students job shadowed from the Sodexho Food Services 2 hours. Students arrived at 7am and stayed until 9am
Janaury 2007 Two UT Martin Students, two hours UT Martin students regularly come by and ask for externships. These students arrived as part of a class for UT Martin.
February 22nd, 2007 Job Shadowing Gleason Junior high school student two hours Junior high student chose to come to our radio station and learn.
February 26th , 2007 Two Fulton County School Students job shadowed on air staffers from 8am til 12 noon as part of their shadowing day.
